Pat Sanderson

Pat Sanderson is Head of UK Client Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he heads intermediary and institutional distribution and consultant relations across the UK. He also is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the UK business. Pat joined the firm in 2024 from Ninety One where he was head of business development, UK from 2022. Before that, he worked at Royal Bank of Canada, in charge of sales, relationship management and proposal management for their Investor & Treasury Services business for the UK & Ireland from 2017. Previously, he held investor services sales roles at JP Morgan from 2 and Citibank. Pat began his career in the financial business in the Asset & Liability Management Group at Deutsche Bank in 2012. Previously, Pat was a professional rugby player for 15 years, in which he Captained England and subsequently took up roles at Sky TV and ESPN  as a television presenter and pundit for their Rugby coverage
