John Groneman, CTP

John Groneman is the Global Distribution COO at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2019. In this role, he is responsible for providing structure, commercial focus, efficiency, and governance to the global distribution division. Previously, he was the firm’s global head of financial planning & analysis and investor relations from 2017. Prior to the merger of Janus Capital and Henderson, John was vice president, assistant treasurer and head of investor relations at Janus Capital. Before joining the firm in 2006, he was an associate investment analyst covering the software sector at Andor Capital Management from 2004. John began his career in 2003 as an associate equity research analyst at Stifel Nicolaus & Company.

John received his bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate from Colorado State University College of Business. He holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation and has 23 years of financial industry experience.
