Golden Week – non-dealing days in Janus Henderson Japan Opportunities Fund & Janus Henderson Institutional Japan Index Opportunities Fund

Please note we are declaring a number of non-dealing days in the below funds. Non-dealing days will be in place from Monday 1 May to Monday 8 May 2023. This is due to the ‘Golden Week’ holiday in Japan, which will see stock markets and banks closed.

UK domiciled funds:

• Janus Henderson Japan Opportunities Fund
• Janus Henderson Institutional Japan Index Opportunities Fund

Any deals received after the relevant Fund’s dealing cut-off on 28 April 2023 will be held over and processed on 9 May 2023 when dealing in the Fund resumes. This means that investors will be unable to buy, sell or switch shares into or out of the Funds and that no ISA transfers can take place during this period. Any regular savings due to be made during this period will still be collected on your usual date, however, deals will be processed on 9 May 2023.

We have decided that as the Funds will be unable to implement any investment decisions or raise cash that it is in the interest of all investors to not allow dealing in shares in the Funds during this holiday period.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we believe this is the best course of action to take.
