As part of our continued integration plans post the merger of Janus Capital and Henderson Global Investors, we wanted to let you know of our intention to rename the ISA Plan Manager from Henderson Investment Funds Limited to Janus Henderson Fund Management UK Limited.
We are renaming the legal entity name to align with our name Janus Henderson Investors.
Are any other changes being made?
No, the company registration number and Legal Entity Identifiers will remain the same.
For the avoidance of doubt, agreements we may have in place with you do not need to be amended as a result of the name change described above. Fund documentation, such as Prospectus; KIID; and Application Forms will be updated in due course.
Are any operational changes being made?
The name of the Bank Accounts for sending settlement of your subscriptions into Janus Henderson Investment Funds Limited will change. Further details on this will follow.
Will contact details be changing?
- Telephone numbers stay the same.
- Postal and email addresses stay the same.
- Websites will be updated to reflect the new legal entity name.
When will the changes take place?
The effective date for the change is intended to occur in March 2022. The exact date will be confirmed in due course. We will automatically reflect the changes. You do not need to take any action.
