Please be advised that with effect from 10 March 2021 the Janus Henderson Institutional Global Responsible Managed Fund will be dropping “Institutional” from its name. This reflects the increasing non-Institutional client base, which we expect to continue to grow. The new fund name (Janus Henderson Global Responsible Managed Fund) will be reflected on all fund documents and our website with effect from 10 March 2021. The way in which the fund is managed will not be impacted by the change of name. There is no change to the investment policy or objective.  Any administrative costs associated with the name change will be paid for by Janus Henderson.
