Natasha Page

Natasha Page is Director of Fixed Income ESG at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2021. In this role, she is responsible for leading ESG initiatives within fixed income. Through active membership of the Fixed Income ESG working groups and ESG Fixed Income Discussion Forum, Natasha designs and facilitates the implementation of solutions these groups generate across the Fixed Income team. Additionally, she works closely with portfolio managers, product, and central ESG investment department on designing and incorporating ESG-focused fixed income strategies. Natasha is also leading Fixed Income client response on the ESG front, working alongside the distribution department. Her professional experience includes leading a regional business, debt research, rating agency, and professional services, and consulting work in the financial sector. Prior to joining the firm, Natasha was a senior consultant at Fitch Learning where she focused on business development with financial institutions across Europe for four years. Before that, she spent a year as director at Barclays Capital where she led and expanded emerging Europe debt research. Earlier, she was senior director and head of analytical coverage at Fitch Ratings for six years before becoming managing director, setting up and running the Moscow office for three years. Natasha began her career at PwC in 1990 as a graduate to become manager in the financial services group.
Natasha received a first class bachelor’s degree in international economic relations from Finance University in Moscow. She is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a certified professional coach. She has 22 years of financial management experience.
