Lisa Kirschner
Director of Research
Lisa Kirschner is Director of Research at Janus Henderson Investors. She joined the firm in 2026 following Janus Henderson’s acquisition of Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC (RBA), where she led the firm’s macroeconomic research and served as chair of the investment committee. In this role, Lisa leads proprietary research initiatives and contributes to portfolio strategy and asset allocation decisions. Prior to joining RBA in 2010, she was with Merrill Lynch from 1993 most recently as an investment strategist and senior director. She worked on the investment strategy and quantitative strategy teams, where she specialised in macroeconomic analysis, earnings research, and performance attribution. Lisa also served as Merrill Lynch’s representative to the S&P Index Advisory Panel.
Lisa attended Indiana University and New York University. She has 33 years of financial industry experience.
