Ali Dibadj

Chief Executive Officer

Ali Dibadj is Chief Executive Officer of Janus Henderson Investors and has been an executive director of Janus Henderson since June 2022. Ali leads the firm’s Executive Committee and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall day-to-day management of Janus Henderson. Before joining Janus Henderson, Ali held a number of roles at AllianceBernstein (AB), most recently as head of finance and strategy from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, he served in overlapping roles as head of finance and strategy from 2020 to 2021 and equities portfolio manager and senior analyst from 2017 to 2022, and as senior analyst from 2006 to 2020. Prior to AB, Ali spent almost a decade in management consulting at McKinsey & Company and Mercer, and worked for the law firm Skadden, Arps, State, Meagher & Flom LLP. Ali currently serves as a director and member of the Audit and Sustainability Committees for Sysco Corporation.

Ali has a bachelor of science degree in engineering sciences with a specialisation in electrical engineering from Harvard College, graduating magna cum laude and a juris doctorate with a focus on law and business, from Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude. He has 27 years of financial industry experience.
