Daniel Aronson, CFA

Dan Aronson is Managing Director, Head of Specialist Consulting Group at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2026. His team consists of various subject matter experts across several disciplines including retirement planning, wealth advisory, practice management, and investment strategies. They provide clients actionable insight and expertise they can implement into their business practice to retain and gain clients. Before this, he was head of specialized investment solutions. Dan joined VelocityShares in 2012 which was acquired by Janus in 2014. Prior to that, he was a director in the cross-asset solutions group with Societe Generale from 2007. Before that, he was vice president in the hedging and monetisation group at Merrill Lynch from 2004 and was an associate in institutional equity sales with Deutsche Bank from 2002. Dan began his career in 1997 with Deloitte Consulting.

Dan received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 29 years of financial industry experience.
