Patrick Rank

Patrick Rank is an Associate at Victory Park Capital (VPC). He joined VPC in 2025 and is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments. Previously, Patrick was a senior associate in the investment banking and corporate finance division at Grupo Bursátil Mexicano (GBM) in Mexico City. Over his five-year tenure, he advised on M&A, debt, and equity transactions across infrastructure, consumer, healthcare, and other industries.

Patrick received a BA in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was awarded the Edward Snyder Scholarship.
