At the start of January 2021, we announced some proposed changes to the administration of Janus Henderson Horizon Fund (‘JHHF’) and Janus Henderson Fund (‘JHF’). As a reminder, we intend to undertake the following:
- A change of Registrar and Transfer Agent
- Changes to the naming convention of share classes in JHF to align with those of JHHF and our Irish fund range, Janus Henderson Capital Funds.
- Change of name to one of the sub funds within JHF.
Since then we have updated the Keeping you in the Picture document to reflect the latest information available. In addition, please find enclosed a separate file containing the new share-class mapping.
