Nathan Fox

Nathan Fox is Head of Public Affairs and Responsibility Change at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2026. In this role, he leads the firm’s global public and regulatory affairs function. He works with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and industry stakeholders across key markets to help ensure Janus Henderson has a clear, credible, and influential voice on global policy and regulatory issues that shape client outcomes and oversees strategic sustainability and regulatory change initiatives across the firm. Before assuming this role, Nathan joined Janus Henderson in 2023, working in regulatory change. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in consulting with Accenture from 2021 and PwC from 2017.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) from Newcastle University and a PGCert in mechanics of regulatory risk reporting from the International Faculty of Finance. He has 9 years of financial industry experience.
