- The proposed fund merger seeks to deliver economies of scale, operational efficiencies and enhanced growth opportunities for Shareholders. We believe Janus Henderson Global Short Duration Income Opportunities Fund offers investors a wider range of investment opportunities and, over time, may improve risk management.
- Should the merger be approved, you will hold shares in the Janus Henderson Global Short Duration Income Opportunities Fund. For more information on your share class holding, see “Merging and Receiving Share Classes” below.
- Both the Merging Fund and Receiving Fund have the same risk category: 2 out of 7. However, despite both Funds having the same risk category, the Receiving Fund is a higher-risk strategy. Further details on the Receiving Fund can be found in the Prospectus and in the Key Information Documents.
- The portfolio managers of the Merging Fund are: Daniel Siluk & Addison Maier.
- The portfolio managers of the Receiving Fund are: Daniel Siluk, Addison Maier & Dylan Bourke, CFA.
What you need to do
As a Shareholder, the merger requires approval from you. Should you wish to vote, you have the option to vote “For”, “Against” or “Abstain” at an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) to be held on 4 March 2026.
We recommend that you vote “For” the merger to take place, as we think it is in your best interests.
Voting can take place in person at the meeting, by post, or by email. (See “How do I Vote?” in the “Frequently Asked Questions”).
