Monika Mikiciuk, PCC

Monika Mikiciuk is a Director, Practice Management Consultant at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2026. In this role, she provides thoughtful guidance and consultation to financial professionals in strategic support of their goals to help them achieve differentiated business success. Prior to joining the firm, Monika was a senior director of sales training at Empower, where she led enterprise training and coaching in partnership with sales and enablement leaders. Before that, she held several training roles at Prudential Retirement and Prudential Individual Life Insurance.

Monika received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of South Florida, holds a Professional Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation, and is a certified DiSC facilitator. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and has 14 years of financial industry experience.
