Nicolas Scherf

Nicolas Scherf is a Portfolio Manager on the Global Property Equities Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2014. Previously, he was vice president with Cohen & Steers, where he spent almost seven years analysing listed property markets as well as managing equity portfolios. Initially based in Brussels, he moved to London in 2010.
Nicolas holds an MSc in international business administration with a specialisation in finance from Maastricht University. He has 16 years of financial industry experience.
