Janus Henderson Investors has today announced new appointments within the EMEA institutional team.

Con efecto desde hoy, Steven de Vries asume el cargo de responsable de instituciones financieras globales e Ignacio de la Maza pasará a ser el nuevo responsable de ventas para Iberia y Latam y del canal minorista para Europa continental.

Two further appointments have also been made to the UK institutional team; Mark Fulwood, has been appointed Head of UK Business Development and Anil Shenoy is now Head of UK Institutional Clients. Both will report to Jennifer Ockwell. Sylvain has a team of six people covering continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, with an additional hire expected in the coming months.

Commenting on the senior appointments Nick Adams, Head of EMEA Institutional, said, “Growing the institutional team at Janus Henderson Investors enables us to build upon the success we have seen in recent years.

“In addition to our client base growing, and diversifying beyond the UK, we have also been increasingly working with clients on their bespoke investment and servicing requirements.

“This needs people of the calibre and experience of Jennifer, Sylvain, Anil and Mark to deliver to our clients’ high expectations.”

Janus Henderson Investors already has a strong market presence across the UK and Europe. The expanded global distribution team for Janus Henderson Investors is almost 600 hundred individuals, of which 230 are based in Europe.
