We are pleased to confirm that, following our communications in July 2019, we have made further improvements to the disclosure of investment objectives, performance targets, investment policies and strategies in our UK fund documents.

During 2020 we propose making some changes to the administration of the sub-funds of Janus Henderson Capital Funds plc (‘JHCF’ or ‘The Company’). We hope that this ‘Keeping you in the picture’ document will help guide you through the changes and how they may affect you.

We are pleased to confirm further to the notice dated 4 February 2020 regulatory approval has been received and the amended disclosures of the Janus Henderson Capital Funds are reflected in the fund documentation. Janus Henderson Investors announced today the appointment of Daniel J. Graña, CFA, as Portfolio Manager, Global Emerging Market Equities. Daniel is based in Boston and reports to George Maris, Co-Head of Equities. Enrique Chang, Global Chief Investment Officer, said: “We are delighted to welcome an investment professional of Daniel’s calibre to lead our Global Emerging
