London – Janus Henderson is today announcing the appointment of Glen Pattison as Head of EMEA Equity Trading. Glen, who is based in London, will assume the role in December 2023 and report to Dan Royal, Global Head of Equity Trading.

Glen is part of Janus Henderson’s experienced team of six equity traders in EMEA who are supported by an additional ten traders globally. Glen has over 20 years’ industry experience, he joined Janus Henderson in 2018 as a Senior Equity Trader, and prior to that spent 11 years at Instinet.

Glen replaces Richard Worrell, who will leave the firm in January 2024 to pursue other opportunities. Glen will continue to work closely alongside Richard, as he has done for the last six years, until his departure.
