Emily Mansfield is an ESG Research Analyst on the Global Sustainable Equities Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2026. Before this, she was an ESG portfolio analyst from 2024. Emily joined the firm as a business analyst with the business change and transformation team in 2023. Previously, she was an analyst at Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a management and strategy consulting business for asset and wealth management firms from 2021.
Emily received a first-class BSc degree in politics and international relations from the University of Manchester and an MSc degree in development management, specialising in applied development economics, from London School of Economics and Political Science, graduating with merit. She holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and has 5 years of financial industry experience.
