Jessica Leoncini is Global Head of Product Management and Marketing at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she leads the Product Specialist and Product Marketing Strategy & Development teams responsible for crafting and articulating compelling product messaging to differentiate the firm’s strategies in market across all investment product types and distribution channels. Her team develops and executes on product marketing strategy, maintains expertise on the competitor landscape, partners with Sales to deliver product training, engages with clients, masters information assets with oversight of workflow processes on how information is shared and automated within the organisation, and evaluates and implements regulatory impacts to marketing collateral. Prior to this role, she led the global Product Specialist team. Earlier in her career at Janus Henderson Investors, she served as a senior product specialist supporting fixed income products globally. Prior to joining Janus in 2014, Jessica was vice president, senior investment analyst at Envestnet, where she was responsible for manager research and due diligence, conducting searches and presenting fixed income investment recommendations for client portfolios. Her experience also includes serving as a portfolio analyst with Colonial Consulting, a senior performance analyst with AllianceBernstein L.P., and a performance analyst with EACM Advisors LLC.
Jessica received her bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Fairfield University, where she graduated cum laude, and her MBA with a concentration in investment management from Pace University. She has 20 years of financial industry experience.
