Jessica Leoncini
Jessica Leoncini is Head of Fixed Income CPM Management at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2024. As a member of the investment team, she works closely with analysts and portfolio managers to create and deliver fixed income insights and analysis on a range of topics, including detailed explanations of the firm’s fixed income capabilities and strategies. Additionally, she leads the global fixed income client portfolio management team and is responsible for helping develop and drive the commercial strategy of the asset class. Jessica joined Janus in 2014 as a senior product specialist focused on fixed income products firmwide. She has held several roles with the firm since then, more recently as head of the global Product Specialist team and then global head of product management and marketing before beginning her current role. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was vice president, senior investment analyst at Envestnet, where she was responsible for manager research and due diligence, conducting searches and presenting fixed income investment recommendations for client portfolios. Her experience also includes serving as a portfolio analyst with Colonial Consulting, a senior performance analyst with AllianceBernstein LP and a performance analyst with EACM Advisors LLC.
Jessica received her bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Fairfield University, where she graduated cum laude and her MBA with a concentration in investment management from Pace University. She has 20 years of financial industry experience.
