Janus Henderson Investors has appointed David Whitehair as Director of Institutional Business, Defined Contribution (DC) within their EMEA Institutional Team. David will be based in London and report to Anil Shenoy, Head of UK Institutional.
David will fulfil a new role, identifying opportunities to further develop Janus Henderson’s offering to DC investors. He will provide strategic input to product development and marketing initiatives and build on existing inks with DC investment platforms, trustees and consultants.
David was most recently Director of DC Strategy at Franklin Templeton, where he was responsible for working with investment teams to design products across the accumulation and decumulation phases of investing. Prior to Franklin Templeton, David was at Fidelity International for over ten years, latterly as a Senior DC Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for securing and implementing DC investment only schemes.
David is a graduate of University College London and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
