The Sub-Fund seeks to provide exposure to the Solactive GBS United States 500 Index, which measures the performance of large-capitalisation equity securities listed in the United States. To achieve its objective, the Sub-Fund primarily uses financial derivative instruments, in particular total return swaps. When using total return swaps, the Sub-Fund invests in a portfolio of global developed market equities and exchanges the returns of those investments with counterparties in order to obtain the performance of the Index.
