Cindy Rampersaud

Cindy is currently a director of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc and Sage Homes and Deputy Chair and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the UK Health Security Agency.

Cindy is a chartered accountant with board experience in FTSE listed, PE backed and government organisations. She was previously a board member at the consumer body Which? and was the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee at Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited. She previously held leadership roles in the education & publishing and the entertainment media sectors, including at Pearson PLC.
