Thomas Polus, CFA
Thomas Polus is a Portfolio Manager and Securitised Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors. He has held his research position from 2022, added associate management duties in 2024, and became a Portfolio Manager in 2025. He joined the firm as a fixed income trader in 2019. Before that, he held roles with Freddie Mac from 2013, most recently as a fixed income trader focusing on short duration agency MBS.
Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in finance and operations & information management from Georgetown University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 12 years of financial industry experience.
