Alex Ng

Alex Ng is Head of Intermediary Sales, Asia ex Japan at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2022. He is responsible for leading and managing the intermediary sales function across Southeast Asia and Greater China, with a focus on partnering with global banking clients. Prior to joining the firm, Alex was Asia head of wholesale distribution at Federated Hermes from 2020. Before that, he was at abrdn from 2015, most recently as a director, overseeing product distribution to banks, single family office and multi-family offices banks from 2018. He was associate director, responsible for European business development at Lion Global Investors from 2013 and a senior sales manager at Reliance Asset Management from 2010. Alex began his career in financial sales four years prior, working at such firms as Superfund Financial, Doric Capital Corporation and Eurekahedge.

Alex graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and management information systems (MIS) from Northeastern University. He has 20 years of financial industry experience.
