The programme spans 12 to 24 months for in-depth learning and professional development. Graduates will discover what your future would be like with us through induction, on-the-job learning, skills trainings and networking.
Our investment graduate programme is structured to rotate participants through different asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Diversified Alternatives. Our Early Careers Story
The opportunity to rotate across asset classes has been one of the most exciting parts of the scheme, it has given me a deeper, well rounded understanding of the industry earlier in my career.

I like that I’m able to utilise the content I’m learning about straight away in real time and put it into practice in my day job. This allows me to develop well beyond what we learn in a classroom alone.
