Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited has identified an error in the calculation and charging of management fees during the period of 2018 to 2019 on selected Janus Henderson funds. The list of impacted funds is as below. The error has been fully investigated and impacted funds and investors have been identified.
These funds have since been terminated and we will be making a compensation payment for this error. We are in the process of contacting eligible investors where the impact was above AUD$5.00.
For amounts below this fixed dollar minimum threshold of AUD$5.00 or less, we will arrange to transfer the relevant amounts to ASIC unclaimed monies.
