Francesco Sciaudone, CFA

Francesco Sciaudone is a Portfolio Construction and Strategy Analyst and a member of the Portfolio Construction and Strategy Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2022. He joined the firm in 2020 as a portfolio management oversight analyst at Janus Henderson Investors Europe S.A., the Luxembourg-based management company of Janus Henderson Investors. Prior to joining the firm, he was responsible for the fixed income trading desk at Prime Capital in Luxembourg, focused primarily on trading emerging markets credit across all phases of portfolio lifecycle (ramp up, rebalancing, liquidation) from 2018 to 2020. Before that, he was part of the fixed income sales team at HSBC in Milan from 2016.

Francesco received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and his MSc in finance from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of the UK (CFA UK). He has 9 years of financial industry experience.
