Michelle Rosenberg

Michelle Rosenberg is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2018. Previously, she was senior vice president, head of legal, North America since 2017. Before this, Michelle was deputy general counsel of Janus Capital Group. In her current role, she is responsible for global oversight of the legal and internal audit teams. She represents Janus Henderson with global regulators and industry groups and serves on a number of management committees, including Janus Henderson’s Executive Committee, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, and the North America Leadership Team. Additionally, she is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Janus Investment Fund and the Janus Aspen Series. Prior to Janus Henderson, Michelle worked at Fidelity Management & Research Company, where she supporte various legal initiatives, particularly investment advisory and investment company issues, during her tenure.

Michelle received a bachelor of arts degree from Bates College and a juris doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She has 25 years of financial industry experience.
