Cooper Moore

Cooper Moore structures and executes asset-backed securitizations for specialty finance companies across consumer, commercial, esoteric, and real estate asset classes. At Triumph, he develops the bespoke cash flow models, collateral analytics, and rating agency deliverables that drive deal execution, and works directly with management teams, investors, and counterparties to bring complex transactions to market. His work has spanned litigation finance, timeshare receivables, vehicle service contracts, specialty real estate, and others. Prior to joining Triumph, Cooper was a Senior Associate in EY-Parthenon’s Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy practice, and began his career at Amherst Pierpont. Cooper received his Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development, with minors in economics and business, from Vanderbilt University.
