Michelle Rosenberg

Michelle Rosenberg is Global General Counsel and Company Secretary of Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2018. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Head of Legal, North America since 2017. Before this, Michelle was deputy general counsel of Janus Capital Group. In her current role, she is responsible for global oversight of the Legal, Internal Audit, and Corporate Secretariat teams. She represents Janus Henderson with global regulators and industry groups and serves several management committees, including Janus Henderson’s Executive Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Additionally, she is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Janus Investment Fund and the Janus Aspen Series. Prior to Janus Henderson, Michelle worked at Fidelity Management & Research Company, where she supported various legal initiatives, particularly investment advisory and investment company issues during her tenure.

Michelle received a bachelor of arts degree from Bates College, and currently sits on their Board of Trustees, as well as a juris doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She has 26 years of financial industry experience.
