Randy Westman

Randy Westman is a Managing Director at Triumph Capital Markets (TCM). He joined TCM in 2026 and is primarily responsible for sourcing, structuring, and distributing bespoke asset-backed financing arrangements for specialty finance companies. Randy has over 23 years of experience in lending and securitized products. Most recently, Randy served as the head of consumer lender finance, financial institutions group at Capital One. Prior to that, Randy was at JP Morgan in the global securitized products group where he underwrote and executed securitized warehouse facilities and asset-backed bonds for specialty finance companies and banks. He serves on the Board of Directors at Rose Hall Montessori School in Wilmette.

Randy earned a BS in finance and banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
