Effective 30 September 2026, the Janus Henderson Tactical Income Fund may invest in the Janus Henderson Sustainable Credit Fund as an additional underlying investment option.
Confirmation of mFund Removal
Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited (Janus Henderson) confirms that all Funds have been removed from the mFund platform effective 30 March 2026.
Termination of Net Zero Transition Resources Fund
The Janus Henderson Net Zero Transition Resources Active ETF (ASX: JZRO) is a class of units in the Janus Henderson Net Zero Transition Resources Fund ARSN 657 029 822 (the Fund). Janus Henderson Investors (Australia) Funds Management Limited (Janus Henderson), as responsible entity of the Fund and issuer of JZRO has determined, given the limited assets in the Fund, to terminate the Fund and JZRO.
Portfolio management changes – Global Multi-Strategy funds
Steve Cain, Portfolio Manager on the Diversified Alternatives team, has retired and Carlo Castronovo will join David Elms as co-Portfolio Manager on the Global Multi-Strategy funds, effective 1 August 2025.
Benchmark change – Global Multi-Strategy funds
The benchmark of the Global Multi-Strategy Fund and the Global Multi-Strategy Fund – Institutional will be changed to the Reserve Bank of Australia Cash Rate, effective 30 April 2025.
