Matthew Griswold, CFA

Matthew Griswold is Director of Macro Analytics at Janus Henderson Investors. He joined the firm in 2026 following Janus Henderson’s acquisition of Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC (RBA), where he oversaw and continues to oversee investment process design and portfolio implementation. Prior to joining RBA in 2010, Matthew held several leadership roles spanning portfolio construction, research, performance measurement, and risk analysis across multiple asset classes at State Street Global Advisors and State Street Corp from 1996 and 1989, respectively, most recently as portfolio manager from 2001.

Matthew holds a BSc degree in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 37 years of financial industry experience.
