Tamer Karam, CFA

Tamer Karam is a Managing Director on the Emerging Market Private Investments Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2026. He joined the firm in 2024 as an executive director, private credit through the acquisition of NBK Capital Partners. Prior to joining NBK in 2014, Tamer spent five years in investment banking and buy-side advisory roles with Wasatah Capital from 2011 and Rasmala Investment Bank in Saudi Arabia from 2009. Earlier in his career, Tamer worked for three years as a business analyst with a natural stone company in the United States.

Tamer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA, both from Babson College. Tamer holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 17 years of financial industry experience.
