Through this pioneering initiative between Janus Henderson and American Cancer Society, American Cancer Society will receive an amount equal to 50% of Janus Henderson's quarterly management fee revenue attributable to the Fund with a minimum of $1 million annually from 2024 through 2027, and in each subsequent year to the extent this arrangement continues.
