We are pleased to announce that Janus Henderson has entered into an agreement to acquire Tabula, a leading independent ETF provider in Europe, primarily focused on fixed income, sustainability, and ESG products.
Established in 2018, Tabula has built an institutional-grade investment management and ETF platform with funds listed across nine European exchanges, serving clients across 15 countries.
Through this acquisition, Janus Henderson plans to offer Tabula Janus Henderson ETFs as an investment option. Tabula Janus Henderson ETFs are a focused range of liquid, transparent funds tracking innovative indices and underpinned by robust institutional architecture.
