Kelly Cavagnaro

Kelly Cavagnaro is Managing Director, Head of NA Institutional Distribution at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2025. In this role, she is responsible for bringing the breadth and depth of Janus Henderson’s investment and solutions expertise to clients, setting the North American institutional team’s strategy, objectives, and priorities, as well as managing the institutional sales, consultant relations, client relationship management, and client strategy teams. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was head of global consultant relations at Columbia Threadneedle Investments from 2019, then served as head of North America institutional sales & global consultant relations from 2022. Before that, she spent 18 years at State Street Global Advisors, where she held a variety of roles, including head of OCIO partnerships & private bank distribution, and co-head, global consultant relations.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry and Spanish from Colby College, graduating cum laude, and an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 securities licences and has more than 20 years of financial industry experience.
