Overview

According to the CFP Board, male certified financial planners outnumber female CFPs roughly four to one. Meanwhile, some estimate that by 2030, women will control as much as two-thirds of the nation’s wealth. These two statistics present an interesting dynamic: The growing number of women seeking financial advice will most likely end up receiving it from a male financial professional. But are financial professionals prepared to engage and retain these female investors as clients?

Janus Henderson’s Women and Wealth programs provide financial professionals with ideas and best practices when working with female clients, as well as actionable strategies to empower clients to take charge of their financial futures.
