Caressa Baker is a Senior Associate Director, Insurance & Retirement Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relations with retirement and asset management clients as well as marketing Janus Henderson’s investment products to and through defined contribution retirement platform intermediaries. She began her career with Janus Henderson in 1999 in various roles within the Retirement Strategies Group.

Caressa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She has obtained her Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designations. She has 26 years of financial industry experience.
