Vance Hicks is an Executive Director, Advisor Solutions Group for western Florida. In this role, he consults directly with financial professionals on all Janus Henderson-related products and curriculum that centers on high-impact business and life-enhancing programs. Prior to joining Janus in 2016, Vance wholesaled with First Trust Portfolios and BNY Mellon. Prior to wholesaling, he was an assistant portfolio manager at Rushmore Funds. He also held positions as a financial advisor and a regional sales manager at SunTrust Investment Services.

Vance holds FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 63, and 24 securities licenses and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. He has 37 years of financial industry experience.
