Juan Fierro is a Director, Client Group Iberia at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2025. In this role, he is responsible for discretionary and advisory client relationships in the Iberia region. Juan joined Henderson as an investment risk analyst following the acquisition of New Star Asset Management Group in 2009 and progressed to associate director in 2015. He joined New Star on the international sales team supporting Spain and Portugal in 2006 and became and investment funds analyst in 2007.

Juan received a bachelor of business administration degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is a Certified Advisor (CAd) and an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® (CESGA). Additionally, he holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has 20 years of financial industry experience.
