Pamela Estes is a Senior Investor Solutions Consultant and Advice Team Lead on the North America Direct Channel Investor Service Team at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she is responsible for assisting clients with accounts, transactions, and resolving complex problems. Before being promoted to her current role in 2025, she was an investor service consultant from 2023. Pamela joined Janus in Global Operations as an investor service specialist in 1998 and later became a senior investor service specialist.

Pamela attended Texas State University – San Marcos. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses and has 28 years of financial industry experience.
