Bill McNamara is a Managing Director, Head of Client Coverage Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he helps to establish and maintain relationships with home office research teams embedded within the broker-dealers, insurance companies, banks, and third-party research organizations that cover Janus Henderson. Before joining the firm in 2019, Bill was at OppenheimerFunds for more than 18 years, most recently as vice president and head of the portfolio consulting group, which he helped found, from 2014.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Villanova University and a master’s in banking and financial services management from Boston University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 securities licenses and the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation. He has 24 years of financial industry experience.
