Dana Tapp is an Associate Director, Advisor Solutions Group for Southern Florida at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she consults directly with financial professionals on all Janus Henderson-related products and curriculum that centers on high-impact business and life-enhancing programs. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Dana was with Voya Investment Management as senior regional director from 2021. Before that, she was a senior vice president at CBRE Clarion Securities from 2007 and was previously with Janus Capital as an internal wholesaler from 2004. She began her career as a sales assistant with JP Morgan in 1996.

Dana received a BBA degree from Graceland University and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses. She has 30 years of financial industry experience.
