Diane Snowden is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Advisor Solutions Group at Janus Henderson, a position she has held from 2023. In this role, she leads a team of 75 of internal and external sales and service teams, focusing on growth and diversification. Diane has held various roles in the advisor sales organization, most recently as national sales manager a role which required strategy, setting sales goals, budgeting and compensation for all intermediary sales in North America. Prior to this, she was a divisional sales manager as a player coach covering the East Coast of the U.S. from 2003 to 2014 with the firm. Diane co-founded SWAT (Successful Women Achieving Together) and is a member of JHI DEI Committee. Prior to joining the firm as a wholesaler in 2002, she was an external wholesaler for J & W Seligman covering the state of Pennsylvania and upstate New York, selling mutual funds, separately managed accounts, crossover venture capital closed end funds, and retirement plans through all channels from 1995 to 2002. Before that, she held several roles with Van Kampen Merritt (VKM) from 1987 to 1995, including starting as an internal wholesaler then transitioning into the first internal wholesaler coordinator and most recently as external wholesaler selling into the wirehouse channel in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science from Widener University. She holds FINRA Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses and has more than 28 years of financial industry experience. Diane has been married to her husband Steve for more than 35 years. She has two grown daughters. She enjoys cycling, pickleball, eating, traveling, and reading.
