Jessica Ruiz is an Executive Director, Lead – Insurance & Annuities at Janus Henderson Investors. In this position, she is responsible for sales and client service for insurance, retirement, and asset management clients. Jessica is also involved in the distribution of investment management services for variable insurance products, retirement plans, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts. Prior to this role, Jessica was a senior director in the Insurance and Retirement group and before that, she was a director and a senior account manager for the financial institutions team where she was responsible for establishing and growing relationships with insurance and retirement sales and services teams and desks. She has been with the firm since 2010 and serves on the Janus Henderson Foundation Board as an Executive Board member. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, cooking and baking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling with her husband and two daughters.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Colorado – Boulder. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses and the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA®) designations. She has 18 years of financial industry experience.
