Polly Halford is a Director, Client Group UK at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2025. She is responsible for intermediary business in London and the Southeast England sales regions. Prior to joining the firm, Polly held similar roles at UBS Asset Management and BMO Global Asset Management (acquired by Columbia Threadneedle Investments). She began her career at Neptune Investment Management in 2011.

Polly received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Edinburgh. She holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has 15 years of financial industry experience.
