Tom Kelly is Managing Director, Head of Australia Institutional Client Group at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2021. In this role, he is responsible for leading institutional client coverage across Australia and New Zealand. Tom began with Henderson in 2016 as an institutional sales director focused on the Alternatives and Multi-Asset investment platforms. Prior to joining the firm, he was a vice president at BlackRock in charge of client relationships from 2010. He began his career as a financial analyst with a boutique corporate advisory firm in 2004.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in international business and international management from Griffith University and an MBA from the University of South Australia. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has 22 years of financial industry experience.
